Basic cleanup means:
Remove leftover food, empty machine contents, wipe obvious spills, collect all game pieces, take down your own decorations, fold and organize the equipment, and protect everything from weather until it is collected or returned.
Deeper cleaning means deep sanitation, detailed machine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. That part happens at our shop, not in your kitchen.
1. Start With the Tables and Chairs
Chairs first, because they take the most space. Fold each chair and stack them in sets of six near the driveway or garage, which is usually where they came in and where they will go out. Wipe off anything sticky with a damp cloth so nothing dries onto the surface.
Then fold the tables. A 6 foot banquet table folds flat in seconds and leans neatly against a wall. Keep the stack out of the weather. 2. Empty the Concession Machines

For the popcorn machine, dump the kettle contents and the leftover popcorn in the tray. For the cotton candy machine, brush out loose floss and empty the bowl. For the snow cone machine, run the last of the ice out and rinse the syrup drips off the outside. A wipe down with a damp cloth is enough.
