How the Rental Works for School Events
Three Sisters Party Co. provides clean, ready to use rental equipment. Concession machines are rental only. Volunteers handle setup, operation, supervision, and basic cleanup, and we complete the deeper cleaning and sanitation between rentals. Backyard games are also customer setup and supervision, which means volunteers place them, watch the play area, collect the pieces, and pack them after use.
Pickup is available, and local delivery may be available depending on the event date, address, rental items, order size, and schedule. Delivery brings the equipment to your school. It does not include positioning the machines, arranging tables, or running the stations.

1. Build Your Volunteer Schedule Around the Stations
Every machine needs one adult. Not one adult for all three, one adult per machine. Popcorn moves fast, cotton candy needs a steady hand, and snow cones create the longest line of the three.
Plan shifts of about forty five minutes so nobody burns out, and add one floating volunteer for supplies and trash. For the games area, one or two volunteers keep cornhole and ladder toss running smoothly and keep pieces from wandering across the field.
2. Set Up Before Doors Open
Give your team ninety minutes before the event starts. That covers carrying equipment in, placing tables, testing outlets, and warming up the machines.
Machines need their own circuits. School gyms and cafeterias often have fewer usable outlets than you expect, so walk the space with a custodian ahead of time and confirm which outlets work and what else is on the circuit. Warm the popcorn machine and the cotton candy head before the first student walks up. Cold machines make slow lines.
3. Plan Your Quantities
Running out halfway through is the most common school event mistake. Estimate one to two servings per student for popcorn and one serving per student for cotton candy or snow cones, then add a buffer for siblings and parents.

4. Design the Traffic Flow
Put the three machines along one wall or one side of the field with space between them so lines do not merge. Keep a table for supplies and a trash can at each station. If your event uses tickets, put the ticket table before the stations rather than at them, so volunteers are not making change with sticky hands.
Set the games area well away from concessions. Cornhole bags and popcorn lines do not mix.
5. Keep Cleanup Simple
At the end of the event, volunteers do basic cleanup. Unplug and let the machines cool, empty the kettle and trays, brush out loose floss, run out the leftover ice, wipe visible syrup and spills, and gather all the game pieces. Fold the games back into their packaging and stage everything in one place for pickup or return.

6. Book Early, Especially in Spring
