First, Who Does What
Three Sisters Party Co. provides clean, ready to use rental equipment. Most rentals are customer setup and operation unless another arrangement has specifically been confirmed. Customers place the tables, arrange the chairs, set up and operate the machines, supervise the games, complete basic cleanup, and organize the items for return or pickup. We complete the deeper cleaning and sanitation between rentals. Pickup is available, and local delivery may be available depending on the event date, address, rental items, order size, and schedule.
Delivery means the equipment reaches your address. It does not mean the layout is arranged for you.
8:00 AM: Coffee and a Walk Through the Yard
Before anything gets carried outside, walk the space. Decide where the buffet goes, where seating goes, and where the games go. Look for the shade, the slope, and the outlets. Five minutes here saves an hour of moving furniture later.
9:00 AM: Rentals Arrive or Get Picked Up
If you chose delivery, this is when equipment reaches your driveway or the spot you agreed on. If you chose customer pickup, this is your trip. Either way, get the load out of the sun and into the yard so you can start placing it.
